Kaitlin's Philosophy:

"I want the children to explore, play and have fun in a caring environment in which children and parents feel they can rely on me as an educator and have open conversations.

"I want to allow the children the right of self-expression, whether in play or creative practices.

"I am working on increasing the children’s opportunities toward exploration in nature play and loose parts play.

"I want to make sure all children feel included and face no barriers.

"I aim to make our program inclusive of children’s voices to promote their autonomy."
