Kaitlin has been working at WEMOOSH since 2013 (6 years).
As WEMOOSH East's Greeter, Kaitlin is the smiling face that families see when they arrive. Kaitlin helps families with any issues that pop up, working directly with the site coordinator to iron out any wrinkles that may happen throughout the program.

"I want the children to explore, play and have fun in a caring environment in which children and parents feel they can rely on me as an educator and have open conversations.
"I want to allow the children the right of self-expression, whether in play or creative practices.
"I am working on increasing the children’s opportunities toward exploration in nature play and loose parts play.
"I want to make sure all children feel included and face no barriers.
